颞下颌关节盘移位的影像学研究进展

颞下颌关节盘移位是颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandibular disorders,TMD)中十分常见的一个亚类,关节盘移位失去了原有正常的关节盘-髁突关系,干扰下颌运动时髁突滑动,造成一系列临床症状。影像学检查为关节盘移位的诊断及治疗评估提供重要信息,常见检查包括CT、磁共振成像及超声成像等。本文对颞下颌关节盘移位的成像特征及影像学应用进展进行系统性陈述,探讨不同影像学检查对其诊断的作用,为其诊断与防治提供一定的参考。

Disc displacement of temporomandibular joint is one of the most frequent temporomandibular joint disorder subtypes.Displacement of the disc disrupts the original normal disc-condylar contact and interferes with condylar sliding during mandibular movement,resulting in a number of clinical complaints.CT,MRI,and ultrasound imaging all give valuable information for the diagnosis and treatment evaluation of articular disc displacement.As a result,the purpose of this paper is to provide a systematic review on the imaging characteristics and imaging application of disc displacement of temporomandibular joint,investigate the role of different imaging examinations in its diagnosis and provide a specific direction for its diagnosis,prevention,and treatment.
