摘要
使用高柔单体和二氯乙基缩甲醛作为聚合单体合成高柔性液体聚硫橡胶,对合成的高柔性液体聚硫橡胶进行了分子结构表征,研究了高柔单体用量、聚合条件、交联度、聚硫橡胶分子量对聚硫橡胶制品性能的影响。研究结果表明:高柔单体、氯化镁用量分别为单体总质量的20%、8.2%,交联度选用0.1%~0.5%,聚合反应搅拌转速380r/min,可制备出适用于低模量高伸长率密封剂的高柔性液体聚硫橡胶。
Highly flexible liquid polysulfide rubber was synthesized by using highly flexible monomer and dichloroethyl acetaldehyde as polymerization monomers,and the molecular structure of the synthesized highly flexible liquid polysulfide rubber was characterized,and the effects of the dosage of highly flexible monomer,the polymerization conditions,the degree of crosslinking,and the molecular weight of polysulfide rubber on the performance of the polysulfide rubber products were investigated.The research results showed that when the amounts of highly flexible monomer and magnesium chloride were 20%and 8.2%of the total monomer mass,the crosslinking degree was 0.1%~0.5%and the stirring speed of polymerization reaction was 380 r/min,the highly flexible liquid polysulfide rubbers suitable for low modulus and high elongation sealants could be prepared.
