摘要
用六碳烯醇“4–羟丁基乙烯基醚”合成聚醚单体LPEG–4000,再用该单体和丙烯酸、2–丙烯酰胺基–2–甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)等小分子,通过自由基聚合,制备出一种新型的聚羧酸减水剂。该减水剂和易性好,增强效果佳。应用测试表明:该减水剂综合性能明显优于常规聚羧酸减水剂,可显著提高混凝土各阶段的强度。
The polyether monomer LPEG-4000 was synthesized using hexaenol“4-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether”.A novel polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent was prepared by free radical polymerization of this monomer with small molecules such as acrylic acid,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS),sodium methacrylate sulfonate(SMAS),and maleic anhydride(MA),etc.This water reducing agent had good compatibility and enhancement effect.The application test showed that the comprehensive performance of the water reducing agent was obviously superior to that of the conventional polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent,and it could significantly improve the strength of concrete at all stages.
