神经生长因子对骨折愈合影响的研究进展

摘要 骨折是由直接暴力损伤、间接暴力损伤或积累性劳损导致的骨质的连续性遭破坏、完整性丧失的一种病理改变。骨折愈合是一个复杂的骨再生生物学过程,分为血肿炎症机化期、原始骨痂形成期和骨痂改造塑形期。在骨折愈合的过程中,肉芽组织长入血肿部位吸收血凝块,神经和新生毛细血管长入骨折部位,大片骨痂形成,骨痂重构最终恢复正常骨结构。在此过程中,有多种物质参与了骨折愈合的调节,其中,神经生长因子(NGF)发挥了一定的作用,NGF可从多途径促进骨折愈合,该文就NGF对骨折愈合的影响进行综述。 Fracture is a pathological change caused by direct violent injury,indirect violent injury or cumulative strain,which results in the destruction of bone continuity and loss of integrity.Fracture healing is a complex biological process of bone regeneration,which can be divided into the hematoma inflammatory organization stage,primitive callus formation stage and callus reconstruction and shaping stage.In the process of fracture healing,the granulation tissue grows into the hematoma site to absorb blood clots,nerves and new capillaries grow into the fracture site,large callus is formed,callus is remodeled and normal bone structure is eventually restored.In this process,there are many substances involving in the regulation of fracture healing,in which nerve growth factor(NGF)plays a certain role,NGF can promote the fracture healing through multiple pathways.This article reviews the effects of nerve growth factors on fracture healing.
