新型植物染多功能纱线的制备与性能

Preparation of new plant-dyed multifunctional yarn and its properties

摘要 采用薄荷纤维和添加云母的涤纶短纤作为原材料,经植物染色处理,利用新型紧密纺装置纺纱,得到颜色清新,兼具抗菌、防紫外功能的新型纱线。对原料选取及制备过程进行研究分析,测试纱线的力学性能和针织物的透气、抗紫外指数。结果表明,制备的纱线力学性能优异,染色均匀,织物抗紫外线性能突出,透气性良好,符合夏季服装面料的要求。 Using Peppermint fiber and polyester staple fiber added with mica as raw materials,after plant dyeing treatment,a new type of yarn with fresh color,antibacterial and UV protection functions is obtained by spinning with a new compact spinning device.The selection of raw materials and the preparation process are studied and analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the yarn and the air permeability and UV resistance index of the knitted fabric are tested.It proves that the prepared yarn has excellent mechanical properties,good dyeing uniformity,outstanding anti-ultraviolet performance of the fabric,stable washing fastness,and good air permeability,which meets the requirements of summer clothing fabric.
