摘要
针对印染定型过程“最大车速、最大排气量、全程排气”的粗放生产方式,设计了一套温湿度自适应控制系统。分析了定型机内部热平衡系统,建立温湿度与布匹含水率的深度学习模型,设计硬件控制方案,编写温湿度PID控制算法。在企业设备上的测试应用结果显示,该系统不仅可以实现定型过程中对温度、相对湿度的精准控制,而且减少了过烘现象,达到了节能降耗的效果。
A temperature and humidity adaptive control system has been designed for the extensive production method of maximum speed,maximum exhaust volume,and full exhaust during the setting process in dyeing and printing.The internal heat balance system of the molding machine is analyzed,a deep learning model for temperature and humidity and fabric moisture content is established,a hardware control scheme is designed,and a temperature and humidity PID control algorithm is written.The test application results on enterprise equipment show that it can not only achieve precise control of temperature and relative humidity during the setting process,but also reduce the phenomenon of over drying,achieving the effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
