肿瘤化疗耐药相关机制及干预策略

Mechanisms and intervention strategies of tumor chemoresistance

尽管肿瘤的治疗方式不断改进,但化疗仍是主要的治疗方式。在化疗过程中,患者极易因内源性或获得性机制对化疗药物产生耐受,严重限制化疗的治疗效果,极大影响患者的预后。化疗耐药性产生的机制多种多样,目前临床上仍未有特异性靶向耐药肿瘤细胞的治疗策略。因此,充分了解和掌握肿瘤化疗耐药机制,对制定更优的化疗方案,采取有针对性的干预措施,提高患者生存率至关重要。本文就肿瘤化疗耐药的相关机制及干预策略的研究进展进行综述。

Despite the continuous improvements of cancer treatment methods,chemotherapy is still the main approach of cancer treatment.During chemotherapy,patients easily develop tolerance to chemotherapeutics through endogenous or acquired mechanisms,which severely limits the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy and greatly affects the prognosis of patients.The mechanisms by which chemoresistance arises are diverse,and strategies to specifically target chemo-resistant cancer cells remain limited in clinical practice.Therefore,it is crucial to fully understand and grasp the mechanisms of tumor chemoresistance in order to formulate better chemotherapy regimens,take targeted interventions,and improve the survival rate of patients.This article summarizes the research progress on the related mechanisms and intervention strategies of tumor chemoresistance.
