摘要
糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)伤口是开放的,其皮肤环境有利于微生物定植,这些微生物的存在是导致DFU难治性和高复发性的主要原因。健康皮肤中的微生物处于平衡状态,而在DFU伤口中微生物(如共生菌和致病菌)处于不平衡状态,可能会导致伤口愈合延迟或皮肤组织进一步损伤。本文综述了皮肤伤口的愈合机制,DFU伤口中被鉴定出的致病菌及共生菌,以及它们在DFU伤口愈合中的作用,为DFU诊疗提供新视角。
Diabetes foot ulcer(DFU)wounds are open,and the skin environment is conducive to microbial colonization.The presence of these microorganisms is the main reason for the refractoriness and high recurrence of DFU.Microorganisms in healthy skin are in a balanced state,while in DFU wounds,microorganisms(such as symbiotic and pathogenic bacteria)are in an imbalanced state,which may lead to delayed wound healing or further damage to skin tissue.This article reviews the mechanisms of skin wound healing,the main pathogenic and symbiotic bacteria identified in DFU wounds and their role in wound healing,providing a new perspective for DFU diagnosis and treatment.
