摘要
我国高校研究生导师队伍“近亲繁殖”问题严重。美国的一些避免“近亲繁殖”的成功做法 ,如广开途径、公开招聘、不留本校毕业生任教、“非升即走”、以优厚的条件吸引人才等 。
The problem of exclusive practices of advisers and supervisors in China's institutions of higher learning is rather serious.The way to avoid this kind of exclusive practices in America has proven to be successful.What they do is to engage by public notice,not to employ alumnus or alumna as faculty member,to inplement the policy of 'promotion or transference',etc.which,as it were,can be taken for our reference.
