摘要
2018年教育部首次提出新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科建设(简称“四新”建设)之后,新农科逐渐成为我国高等教育研究的热点话题。本研究通过分析30篇国际英文动物医学期刊论文讨论部分,对比分析语步间的差异及成因。研究发现,作者在传统和新农科动物医学期刊论文讨论部分中最常用的语步是“表明研究结果”和“研究背景信息”,语阶的使用频率存在差异。这归因于跨学科合作的特点、不同读者群体以及政策的实践等因素。本研究结果可以为动物医学英语学术论文写作教学提供一定的参考和借鉴。
With the improvement of science and medical technology,the development of veterinary medicine in our country has made great advancements.The Ministry of Education proposed the construction of new engineering,new medicine,new agriculture and new liberal arts(referred to as Four New Disciplines)in 2018,which has gradually become a hot topic in higher education research in our country.However,there is a relative scarcity of research on genre in ESP English writing under the construction of Neo-agricultural Education.This study analyzes the discussion sections of 30 Chinese and English veterinary medicine journal articles,comparing and discussing the differences in each move.The results show that the most common steps used by authors in the discussion sections of papers in traditional and neo-agricultural veterinary medicine journal articles were"Reporting Results"and"Introducing the Study",with differences in the frequency of moves used.These are due to factors such as the characteristics of interdisciplinary cooperation,diverse readership groups,and policy practices.This study can provide certain references and insights for teaching academic English writing in veterinary medicine English,enhancing students'English writing abilities and international academic communication skills.
