摘要
基于GIS技术研发了e-blast智能化三维爆破设计软件,实现了基于三维模型的智能化炮孔设计、装药设计、联网设计、效果评估与评价。结果表明:通过软件与智能化钻机数据交互,钻孔精度提高17%,设计和钻孔施工综合效率提高30%,并提高了爆破质量,促进了矿山开采少人化,降低了安全风险。
Based on GIS technology,we develop e-blast 3D intelligent blast design software,realize intelligent blasthole design,charge design and networking design,effect evaluation based on3D model.The results show that through the data interaction between software and intelligent drilling rig,drilling accuracy is increased by 17%.Comprehensive efficiency of blast design and drilling construction is increased by 30%.Blasting quality is improved.The number of mining construction workers is reduced in drilling and blasting construction,which reduces safety risk.
