准能数字矿山生产执行系统建设及应用

摘要 介绍了准能数字矿山生产执行系统建设的背景及意义,通过系统建设应用范围、业务构架、技术构架3个方面进行规划设计,以调度作业、机电管理、应急管理、技术管理成果做出展示,统计分析了系统建成后管理效益与经济效益。结果表明:通过准能数字矿山执行系统建设实现了各生产环节的有序衔接,信息化水平得到升级,提升了应急指挥和应急处置效率,有效降低灾害事故造成的损失,提高了生产效率、降低了生产成本,为智慧矿山建设提供数据保障。 This article introduces the background and significance of the construction of the production execution system in Zhunneng Digital Mine,and plans and designs the system from three aspects:application scope,business architecture,and technical architecture.The results of scheduling operations,electromechanical management,emergency management and technical management are presented,and the management and economic benefits after the completed system are statistically analyzed.The results show that the construction of execution system in Zhunneng Digital Mine has achieved orderly connection of various production links,upgraded the level of informatization,improved the efficiency of emergency command and response,effectively reduced losses caused by disasters and accidents,improved production efficiency,reduced production costs,which provided data security for the construction of smart mines.
