摘要
针对霍林河南露天煤矿智能电铲作业时电缆移动不方便问题,设计了1种电铲尾线电缆卷放车;介绍了智能控制电铲尾线电缆卷放车的总体结构,以及控制系统的组成和工作原理。在南露天煤矿现场的使用结果表明:该电铲尾线电缆卷放车结构设计合理,操作方便,完全满足南露天煤矿智能电铲的使用要求。
Aiming at the problem that the cable is not easy to move during the operation of the intelligent shovel in the south open-pit mine,the article designs an electric shovel tail cable winding and discharging vehicle,introduces the overall structure of the intelligent control shovel tail cable winding and discharging vehicle and composition and working principle of control system.The results show that through the application in the south open-pit coal mine,the structure design of the tail line of the electric shovel is reasonable and the operation is convenient,which fully meets the requirements of the use of the unmanned electric shovel in the south open-pit mine.
