富氧侧吹炉协同处理含铜危废和有机危废生产实践

Production Practice of Synergistic Treatment of Copper Containing Hazardous Waste and Organic Hazardous Waste with Oxygen Rich Side Blowing Furnace

摘要 本文简要介绍了富氧侧吹炉协同处理含铜危废及有机危废基本原理;通过生产实践探索最优渣型Fe/SiO_20.3~0.5,CaO/SiO_20.8~1.0,危废配伍热值范围3500~5000Kcal,制定C、H、S、F、Cl等元素入炉限值,控制入炉物料盐分含量少于8%;针对生产过程中出现的状况进行了分析,提出了应对措施;总结了富氧侧吹炉处理危险废物的技术优势。 This article briefly introduces the basic principle of the collaborative treatment of copper containing hazardous waste and organic hazardous waste using oxygen rich side blowing furnaces;Exploring the optimal slag type Fe/SiO20.3~0.5,CaO/SiO20.8~1.0,and hazardous waste compatibility calorific value range of 3500~5000Kcal through production practice,establishing furnace entry limits for elements such as C,H,S,F,and C l,and controlling the salt content of the materials entering the furnace to be less than 8%;Analyzed the problems that occurred during the production process and proposed corresponding measures;Summarized the technical advantages of oxygen rich side blowing furnace for treating hazardous waste.
