摘要
本文介绍中铝贵州分公司和贵州铝厂华阳碳素厂通过研制新配方和对混捏成型工艺进行优化和改进后,在我公司生产铝用阴极SiC侧部碳块的可行性实验初步探索过程。实验结果数据表明,碳化硅侧块的体积密度、耐压强度和电阻率平均达到1.65g/m~3、33MPa和52μΩ.m,较常规侧块相比,有较大幅度的提高。因此在电解槽上使用时,有利于改善电解槽侧部散热性和减少电解槽水平电流,并能在电解槽上使用时减少碳化硅侧块吸纳膨胀的观点。
This article introduces the preliminary exploration process of feasibility experiments on the production of cathode SiC side carbon blocks for aluminum in our company by China Aluminum Guizhou Branch and Guizhou Aluminum Plant Huayang Carbon Plant,after developing new formulas and optimizing and improving the kneading process.The experimental results show that the volume density,compressive strength,and resistivity of silicon carbide side blocks reach an average of 1.65g/m3,33MPa,and 52,respectivelyμΩ.m,compared to conventional side blocks,there is a significant improvement.Therefore,when used on the electrolytic cell,it is beneficial to improve the side heat dissipation of the electrolytic cell and reduce the horizontal current of the electrolytic cell,and can reduce the absorption and expansion of silicon carbide side blocks when used on the electrolytic cell.
