摘要
全面贯彻落实“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的安全生产管理方针,建设符合能源行业安全管理特点的安全绩效管理模式是企业高水平发展需要思考的重要课题。宁夏煤业公司结合自身特点,探索形成了一整套上下联动、行之有效的管理制度、考核机制和奖励措施,即“1+N”安全绩效管理考核机制,将各管理要素进行整合,真正发挥了绩效考核在安全生产方面的激励作用。
Fully implementing the work safety management policy of"Safety First,Prevention Foremost,and Comprehensive Management,"and building a safety performance management model that aligns with the characteristics of safety management in the energy industry is an important issue for enterprises to consider for high-level development.Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,leveraging its unique characteristics,has developed effective,coordinated management system,assessment mechanism,and incentive methods known as the"1+N"safety performance management assessment mechanism.This mechanism integrates various management elements,truly utilizing performance assessment to motivate work safety.
