护理部干事岗位胜任力认知与能力提升策略

摘要 护理部干事作为护理队伍中的一个特殊角色,在护理队伍的建设与发展中发挥着非常重要的作用。文章探讨分析护理部干事的岗位特征及对该岗位人员需具备的素质与能力要求,并从专业知识技能、组织协调执行力、语言文字表达、观察思辨能力、科研创新、沟通交流服务以及抗压能力等方面对护理部干事在提升岗位胜任力中的方法策略进行梳理、总结,为护理部干事成长为优秀护理管理骨干提供参考。 As a special role in the nursing team,the staff in nursing department plays a very important role in the construction and development of the nursing team.This paper discusses the post characteristics and the quality and ability requirements of the staff in nursing department,and sorts out and summarizes the methods and strategies in improving their post competence including the abilities of professional knowledge,coordination and execution,language expression,observation and thinking,scientific research innovation,communication,service and resisting pressure.These will provide reference for the staff in nursing department to grow into excellent key-members of nursing management.
