基于SPSS 26.0统计分析的SBS改性沥青综合性能评价方法

摘要 沥青选取不当或沥青质量不良会加速路面病害的发生,因此进行沥青性能的综合评价,筛选出性能更优异的沥青尤为重要。本工作采用数学统计分析软件SPSS 26.0对不同批次、不同产源的48组Ⅰ-D型SBS改性沥青的常规指标进行分析处理。描述性统计分析和概率统计分析反映出沥青的常规指标具有较大的变异性和随机性;通过主成分分析提取了SBS改性沥青,特征值大于1且累积贡献率为70.333%的四个主成分(针入度、5℃延度、软化点、135℃运动粘度),以主成分的贡献率为权重计算了沥青的综合得分,通过聚类分析将性能好的沥青和性能差的沥青区分开来。本研究为沥青的合理选择和质量监控提供了科学依据。 Asphalt selection improper or poor asphalt quality will accelerate the occurrence of pavement diseases,so it is particularly important to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of asphalt performance and select asphalt with better performance.This article uses the mathematical statistical analysis software SPSS 26.0 to analyze and process the conventional indicators of 48 groups of SBS modified asphalt from different batches and sources.Descriptive statistical analysis and probability statistical analysis reflect that the conventional indicators of asphalt have large variability and randomness.Through principal component analysis,four principal components(penetration,5℃ductility,softening point,135℃kinematic viscosity)with a cumulative contribution rate of 70.333%for SBS asphalt are extracted.The comprehensive score of asphalt is calculated by weighting the contribution rate of principal components.Cluster analysis is used to distinguish between good-performing asphalt and poor-performing asphalt.This study provides scientific basis for the rational selection and quality control of asphalt.
