摘要
目的分析吞咽康复训练联合电子生物反馈疗法对老年脑卒中假性延髓麻痹患者吞咽功能的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月在涿州市医院进行治疗的老年脑卒中假性延髓麻痹患者74例为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组37例。对照组给予电子生物反馈疗法治疗;研究组给予吞咽康复训练联合电子生物反馈疗法治疗。比较两组的吞咽功能和疗效。结果治疗后,研究组标准吞咽功能评价量表评分为(20.46±2.37)分,明显低于对照组的(25.71±3.83)分,吞咽造影检查评分为(8.07±2.11)分,明显高于对照组的(6.28±1.66)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.094、4.056,P均<0.05)。研究组总有效率(94.59%)高于对照组(72.97%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.366,P<0.05)。结论对老年脑卒中假性延髓麻痹患者采用吞咽康复训练联合电子生物反馈疗法进行治疗,能够显著改善老年患者吞咽功能,改善临床效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of swallowing rehabilitation training combined with electronic biofeedback therapy on swallowing function in elderly stroke patients with pseudobulbar palsy.Methods A total of seventy-four elderly stroke patients with pseudobulbar palsy treated in Zhuozhou Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group with 37 cases in each group,according to random munber table method.The control group was treated with electronic biofeedback therapy,while the study group was treated with swallowing rehabilitation training combined with electronic biofeedback therapy.Comparsion of swallowing function and effically between the two grous.Results After treatment,the Standard Swallowing Assessment score was(20.46±2.37)points in the study group,which was significantly lower than(25.71±3.83)points in the control group,and the Video Floroscopic Swallowing Study score was(8.07±2.11)points in the study group,which was significantly higher than(6.28±1.66)points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.094,4.056,both P<0.05).The total effective rate(94.59%)in the study group was higher than 72.97%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.366,P<0.05).Conclusion Swallowing rehabilitation training combined with electronic biofeedback therapy for elderly stroke patients with pseudobulbar palsy can significantly improve the swallowing function of elderly patients,improve the clinical effect.
