视网膜激光联合球内注射康柏西普治疗视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的效果及对视力的影响

The Effect of Retinal Laser Combined with Intrabulbar Injection of Conbercept in the Treatment of Macular Edema Due to Retinal Vein Occlusion and Its Impact on Vision

目的探究视网膜激光联合球内注射康柏西普治疗视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的效果及对视力的影响。方法选取济南市济阳区中医医院眼科于2021年2月—2023年4月收治的92例视网膜静脉阻塞黄斑水肿患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分两组,各46例。对照组以视网膜激光完成治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合球内注射康柏西普,比较两组治疗后效果差异。结果观察组总治疗有效率(97.83%)高于对照组(86.96%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.865,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组最佳矫正视力(Best Corrected Visual Acuity,BCVA)、中央视网膜厚度(Central Retinal Thickness,CRT)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.002、12.472,P均<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组世界卫生组织生活质量量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视网膜激光、球内注射康柏西普联用效果明显,有助于调节视力,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of retinal laser combined with intrabubular injection of Compaercept in the treatment of retinal vein obstruction macular edema and its influence on visual acuity.Methods A total of 92 patients with retinal vein obstruction and macular edema admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups with 46 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with retinal laser,and the observation group was treated with intrabubular injection of Compaplcept on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of observation group(97.83%)was higher than that of control group(86.96%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.865,P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and central retinal thickness(CRT)of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.002,12.472,both P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the World Health Organization Quality of Life scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of retinal laser and intrabulbar injection of Conbercept has obvious effects,helping to adjust vision and improve quality of life.
