摘要
目的探究在青少年焦虑抑郁患者的联合药物治疗的效果。方法选取2020年7月—2023年7月常熟市第三人民医院收治的60例青少年焦虑抑郁患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,分别开展药物治疗与联合药物治疗。观察并比较两组的疗效。结果治疗1、2、4、8周后,观察组的焦虑评分(19.51±1.87)分、(15.21±1.67)分、(13.45±1.54)分、(10.04±1.21)分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.610、7.668、5.443、11.978,P均<0.05)。治疗1、2、4、8周后,观察组的抑郁评分、认知评分、记忆评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在青少年焦虑抑郁患者中,联合药物治疗疗效显著,有利于患者维持健康心态,对于青少年焦虑抑郁较为适用。
Objective To explore the effect of combined drug therapy in adolescents with anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 60 adolescent patients with anxiety and depression in Changshu Third People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with thirty cases in each group.They were respectively treated with drug treatment and combined drug treatment by random number table method.The curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results After 1,2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,anxiety scores of the observation group were(19.51±1.87)points,(15.21±1.67)points,(13.45±1.54)points and(10.04±1.21)points,were significantly lower than those of the control group points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.610,7.668,5.443,11.978,all P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment,depression score and the cognitive score and menory score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment of adolescent patients with anxiety and depression,the combined drug therapy has a significant effect,which is conducive to maintaining a healthy state of mind,and is more suitable for adolescent patients with anxiety and depression.
