沙库巴曲缬沙坦对射血分数保留型心衰患者心功能、运动耐力及安全性的影响

Effects of Sacubactril Valsartan on Cardiac Function,Exercise Endurance and Safety in Patients with Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

目的分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦用于射血分数保留型心力衰竭(Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction,HFpEF)临床治疗的效果。方法选取2022年1—11月南京市高淳人民医院收治的HFpEF患者120例,按照随机数表法分为两组,各60例,均予以常规临床治疗,对照组加用缬沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组则加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。评估两组疗效及安全性。结果治疗6个月后,观察组心功能各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组6 min步行距离明显较对照组远,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间药物不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而观察组随访再住院率为1.67%,低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05)。结论HFpEF患者采取沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗能够显著改善患者心功能,提高运动耐力,同时还能降低心衰再住院率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sacubactril valsartan in treating heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Methods A total of 120 HFpEF patients admitted in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from January to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group,and all of them were given routine clinical treatment.The control group was treated with valsartan capsule,and the observation group was treated with sacubactril valsartan.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results After 6 months of treatment,indicators of cardiac function in the observation group were better than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The 6 min walking distance of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The re-hospitalization rate of the observation group was 1.67%,lower than that of the control group(13.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,P<0.05).Conclusion HFpEF patients treated with sacubactril valsartan can significantly improve their heart function,improve exercise endurance,and reduce the rate of heart failure rehospitalization.
