盐酸美金刚片联合喹硫平治疗阿尔茨海默病伴发痴呆精神行为症状患者的效果分析

Effect of Memantine Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Quetiapine in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease Patients with Psychobehavioral Symptoms of Dementia

目的探讨盐酸美金刚片与喹硫平联合用药在伴痴呆精神行为症状的阿尔茨海默病患者中的临床价值。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月白银市第一人民医院神经内科收治的84例伴发痴呆精神行为症状的阿尔茨海默病患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组采用盐酸美金刚片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用喹硫平治疗,比较两组症状行为与认知评分、睡眠质量、不良反应发生情况、治疗总有效率。结果观察组阿尔兹海默症行为量表评分为(13.52±3.36)分,低于对照组的(15.34±4.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.177,P=0.032)。观察组总睡眠时间长于对照组,睡眠潜伏时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组认知评分以及不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论在金刚片治疗的基础上加用喹硫平并严格控制剂量,能够改善患者的精神行为症状与睡眠质量,提升疗效,且用药过程较安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of memantine hydrochloride tablets combined with quetiapine in Alzheimer's patients with psychobehavioral symptoms of dementia.Methods A total of 84 patients with Alzheimer's disease combined with psycho-behavioral symptoms of dementia admitted to Department of Neurology,Baiyin First People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with memantine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with quetiapine on the basis of the control group.Symptom behavior and cognitive score,sleep quality,adverse reactions occurrence and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The Behave-Alzheimer's disease score of the observation group was(13.52±3.36)points,which was lower than(15.34±4.25)points of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.177,P=0.032).The total sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the sleep latency time was shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in cognitive scores and incidence of side effects between the two groups(both P>0.05).Conclusion The addition of quetiapine on the basis of memantine hydrochloride tablets with strict dose control can improve the mental behavior symptoms and sleep quality of patients,improve the total effective rate,and the medication process is safe.
