摘要
目的研究双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸的价值。方法选取南京市高淳人民医院于2022年5月—2023年7月收治的136例黄疸新生儿为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各68例。对照组采用蓝光照射治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗。治疗前及治疗6 d后,比较两组血清总胆红素水平(Total Serum Bilirubin,TSB)、直接胆红素(Direct Bilirubin,DBIL)、经皮黄疸指数、总胆红素与白蛋白比值(Bilirubin to Albumin Ratio,TSB/ALB)、乳酸脱氢酶水平(Lactate Dehydrogenase,LDH)水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组机体胆红素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组TSB、DBIL及经皮黄疸指数水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组TSB/ALB及LDH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组TSB/ALB及LDH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.94%,与对照组的4.41%对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.208,P=0.649)。结论新生儿黄疸使用双歧杆菌三联活菌辅助蓝光照射能够降低胆红素水平,减少胆红素脑病发生风险,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective To study the value of blue light irradiation assisted by bifidobacterium triple live bacteria on neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 136 neonates with jaundice treated in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from May 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 68 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the study group was treated with bifidobacterium triple live bacteria based on the control group.Before and 6 d after treatment,serum level of total bilirubin(TSB),direct bilirubin(DBIL),transcutaneous jaundice index,serum level of total bilirubin to albumin ratio(TSB/ALB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of bilirubin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TSB,DBIL and transcutaneous jaundice index in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TSB/ALB and LDH levels between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,TSB/ALB and LDH levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.94%,compared with 4.41%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.208,P=0.649).Conclusion The use of bifidobacterium triple live bacteria to assist blue light irradiation can reduce bilirubin levels and the risk of bilirubin encephalopathy without increasing adverse reactions.
