摘要
目的分析血清降钙素原与C反应蛋白联合检测在肺炎诊断中的价值。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月东阿县高集中心卫生院收治的100例小儿肺炎患儿为观察组,并选择同期84名健康体检者为对照组,对比两组儿童血清降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)和C反应蛋白(C-reactiveProtein,CRP)水平,并比较血清PCT、CRP水平单独检测和两者联合检测的诊断效能。结果观察组患儿的PCT(2.36±0.08)ng/mL、CRP(16.41±6.82)mg/L水平显著高于对照组的(0.02±0.01)ng/mL,(1.10±0.30)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=266.225、20.549,P均<0.05)。血清PCT水平和CRP水平检测的灵敏度、准确度、特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);但联合检测的灵敏度、特异度和准确度比单一检测高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用血清PCT和CRP水平联合检测肺炎的诊断价值较高。
Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of pneumonia.Methods 100 children with pneumonia who were admitted to Dong'e County Gaoji Central Health Center from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group.And 84 healthy examinees during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels of the two groups of children were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of serum PCT and CRP alone and combined detection was compared.Results The levels of PCT(2.36±0.08)ng/mL and CRP(16.41±6.82)mg/L in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(0.02±0.01)ng/mL,(1.10±0.30)mg/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=266.225,20.549,both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sensitivity,accuracy and specificity between serum PCT level and CRP level(all P>0.05).However,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single detection,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum PCT and CRP levels is of high diagnostic value for pneumonia.
