神经肌肉电刺激配合核心稳定性练习治疗对脑卒中患者肢体活动功能及神经功能的影响

Effects of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation with Core Stability Exercises on Limb Mobility and Neurological Function in Stroke Patients

摘要 目的研讨神经肌肉电刺激(Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation,NMES)配合核心稳定性练习治疗对脑卒中患者肢体活动功能及神经功能的影响。方法简单随机选取2021年3月—2023年9月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的60例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组(30例)单纯行核心稳定性练习,观察组(30例)基于对照组练习条件予以NMES治疗。比较两组的肢体活动功能、步行能力以及神经功能。结果干预后,观察组Fugly-Meyer运动功能评分量表(Fugly Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale,FMA)上、下肢得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组功能性步行分级(Functional Walking Classification,FAC)评级结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组卒中评估量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Assessment Scale,NIHSS)得分(9.87±2.23)分低于对照组(12.01±2.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.239,P<0.05)。结论NMES配合核心稳定性练习能够更有效改善脑卒中患者的肢体活动功能以及神经功能,加快恢复其步行能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES)combined with core stability exercises on limb movement and nerve function in stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to September 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(30 cases)received core stability exercise alone,and the observation group(30 cases)received NMES treatment based on the exercise conditions of the control group.Limb function,walking ability and nerve function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of upper and lower limbs and total scores of the Fugly Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the Functional Walking Classification(FAC)of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Assessment Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group(9.87±2.23)points was lower than that of the control group(12.01±2.85)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.239,P<0.05).Conclusion NMES with core stability exercises can more effectively improve the limb movement function and neurological function of stroke patients,and accelerate the recovery of their walking ability.
