噻托溴铵在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗中的应用效果

Efficacy of Tiotropium Bromide in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)的临床疗效。方法选取滨州市中心医院于2021年1月—2022年1月收治的70例COPD患者为研究对象。根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(35例,常规支持性治疗)与观察组(35例,在对照组的基础上加用噻托溴铵治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效、肺功能及生活质量评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量及第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组慢阻肺评估测试评分、改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表评分均低于对照组,6 min步行试验优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵可提高临床疗效、改善肺功能,提升患者运动耐力及日常生活质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of tiotropium in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD).Methods A total of 70 cases of COPD patients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group(35 cases,conventional supportive treatment)and the observation group(35 cases,treatment with tiotropium bromide was added on the basis of the control group)according to the different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,lung function and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).After the treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the COPD Assessment Test and Modified Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the Six-minute Walk Test were better than that of the control group,and the differences were statisitcally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide improves clinical outcomes,improves lung function,and enhances patients'exercise tolerance and quality of daily life.
