高血压脑出血围术期开展预见性护理服务的效果分析

Effect of Preoperative Nursing Service in Perioperative Period of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨高血压脑出血围术期应用预见性护理服务的效果。方法单纯随机选取2021年1月—2022年8月聊城市第三人民医院收治的160例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,经随机数表法分为参照组、观察组,各80例。观察组以预见性护理为主,参照组实施常规护理服务模式。比较两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量、血压水平。结果观察组的收缩压、舒张压均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.281,21.340,P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意度为96.25%,高于参照组的86.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.009,P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血围手术期护理期间,予以患者预见性护理服务形式,所得成效显著。此种干预对策在帮助患者控制血压水平的同时,还可提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative application of predictive nursing services for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 160 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were simple randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The observation group was mainly treated with predictive nursing,and the reference group was treated with routine nursing service.Nursing satisfaction,quality of life and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.281,21.340,both P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.25%,higher than that of the reference group(86.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.009,P<0.05).Conclusion During perioperative nursing of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,the predictive nursing service is effective.This intervention strategy not only helps patients control blood pressure level,but also improves patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
