摘要
大学生就业是最大的民生工程,开发数智化人才供需系统,有利于高校毕业生和用人企业的精准匹配,助力人才双向奔赴。数智化人才供需系统的开发理念要以人为本,突出差异化,科学预测;其建设实践要长期跟踪,五维联动,校企共建共享。
College student employment is the largest people's livelihood project.The development of the intellectual supply and demand system is conducive to the accurate matching of college graduates and employers,helping talents to travel in both ways.The development concept of the supply and demand system of the digital intelligence must be people-oriented,highlighting differentiation,and scientific predictions.Its construction practice must be tracked for a long time,five-only linkage,and school-enterprise co-construction sharing.
