Taking 31 provinces(municipalities and regions, excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in China as the research object, using the bivariate LISA model and Spatial Panel Dubin Model to examine the spatial correlation and the spatial spillover effect between ecological environment quality and tourism economic development. The results show that:(1)Ecological environment quality and tourism economic have obvious spatial agglomeration and correlation, and the spatial correlation is increasing.(2)The SPDM with fixed effects shows that ecological environment quality not only has a significant promoting effect on the development of regional tourism economy, but also has a spillover effect and demonstration effect on the growth of tourism economy in neighboring areas,as well as the improvement of ecological environment quality in neighboring areas will promote the development of regional tourism economy through the spatial effect transmission.(3)The comprehensive function of other multi-dimensional factors can not be ignored, including tourism reception facilities, resource endowment, labor input, material capital and economic development level.
