四川省共同富裕进程测度及其时空演变分析

The measure of the common prosperity process and its spatio-temporal evolution analysis in Sichuan Province

基于共同富裕两大基本维度——共同度与富裕度,构建四川省共同富裕评价指标体系,运用熵权-Topsis模型、变异系数法及耦合协调模型等相关计量方法,测度2012—2021年四川省21个市州共同富裕发展水平,并分析其时空演变特征和共同富裕两大维度协调发展水平。结果表明,2012—2021年,四川省共同富裕发展水平呈稳步上升趋势,但共同富裕发展水平区域差异较大,呈现出“中高边低”的空间特征。四川省21市州共同度指数和富裕度指数均呈正向增长的态势,且富裕度指数增长速度高于共同度指数增长速度,但共同度和富裕度差异显著。四川省共同富裕两大维度耦合协调发展态势变化显著,耦合协调度呈稳定增长的态势,协调等级也由中度失调迈入良好协调等级。

Based on the two basic dimensions of common prosperity,namely common degree and prosperity degree,the evaluation in-dex system of common prosperity in Sichuan Province was constructed.The methods of entropy weight-Topsis model,variation coeffi-cient method and coupling coordinated model were used to measure the development level of common prosperity of 21 cities and prefec-tures from 2012 to 2021,and the characteristics of its spatial-temporal evolution and the coordinated development level of two basic dimensions of common prosperity were analyzed.The results showed that from 2012 to 2021,the development level of common prosper-ity in Sichuan Province showed a steady upward trend,but the development level of common prosperity was quite different in different regions,showing the spatial characteristics of“high in the middle and low in the surrounding areas”.Both the common degree index and prosperity degree index of the 21 cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province showed a positive growth trend,and the growth rate of the prosperity degree index was higher than that of the common degree index,but there was a significant difference between the com-mon degree and prosperity degree.The coupling coordinated development trend of the two dimensions of common prosperity in Sichuan Province had changed significantly,and the coupling coordination degree showed a stable growth trend,and the coordination level had also moved from a moderate imbalance level to a good coordination level.
