固体发动机柔性接头材料及制造技术研究进展

摘要 综述了固体发动机柔性接头橡胶弹性件材料和增强件材料的研究现状,其中橡胶弹性件材料主要有低模量弹性件材料和宽温域弹性件材料两种发展方向,增强件材料主要研究使用复合材料以简化柔性接头结构设计和降低质量。介绍了柔性接头3种成型技术,即模压冷黏成型、模压热黏成型和注射成型并进行了对比分析。提出能够快速、高精度和高可靠成型柔性接头的注射成型是未来柔性接头制造技术的发展趋势。 The paper reviews the current research status of rubber elastomer materials and reinforcement materials for flexible joints of solid rocket motor.It can be seen that rubber elastomer materials have two main development directions:low-modulus elastomer materials and wide-temperature-range elastomer materials.For reinforcement materials,our main focus is on using composite materials in order to simplify the structural design of flexible joints and reduce quality.The three moulding technologies of flexible joints,namely cold bonding moulding,hot bonding moulding and injection moulding,are introduced.It is proposed that injection moulding,which is capable of forming flexible joints with high speed,high precision and high reliability,is the future development trend of flexible joints manufacturing technology.
