基于40%正面碰撞的车身结构改进与分析

摘要 为提高轿车车身结构强度,改善汽车碰撞安全性,以某紧凑型轿车为研究对象,应用CATIA建立该车白车身三维模型,根据C-NCAP碰撞试验法规的要求进行合理的前处理设置后,采用LS-DYNA软件对该车进行40%正面偏置碰撞分析,结果显示该车前围板及部分构件变形较大,存在一定的安全隐患。通过改进车身结构和材料,40%正面碰撞模拟分析结果表明:该车碰撞安全性得到一定提升,前围板的入侵量减小了98.3 mm,车门腰线和门槛变形量分别减小了3.3 mm和1.5 mm。 In order to enhance the structural strength of the car body and improve its collision safety,a compact car is taken as the research object to establish the three-dimensional model of the car body in white by CATIA.After reasonable pretreatment settings are made according to the requirements of C-NCAP collision test regulations,LS-DYNA software is used to conduct 40%frontal offset collision analysis on the car.The results show that the cowl panel and some components of the car are deformed greatly,causing certain safety hazards.With the improved body structure and materials,40%of frontal collision simulation analysis results show that the vehicle collision safety is upgraded to a certain extent,i.e.the intrusion amount of the cowl panel is reduced by 98.3 mm and the deformation amount of the door waist line and the threshold is reduced by 3.3 mm and 1.5 mm respectively.
