摘要
西安市工业化进程起步早、速度快,现代化产业体系建设的基础雄厚。根据现代化产业体系的特征,构建了评价指标体系,并基于灰色关联与熵权法建立了综合评价模型。根据2000一2022年数据测度研究发现:西安市现代化产业体系建设水平由0.3523提升至0.8080,大致经历了较低、中等和较高发展水平3个阶段;各分维度指标得到快速发展,其中协调性增长最快,科技创新的引领作用凸显;支撑性指标均值处于第5位,但指标权重最大,对西安市现代化产业体系水平影响显著。
Xi'an's industrialization process started early and developed fast,forming a strong foundation for the construction of a modern industrial system.Based on the characteristics of the modern industrial system,an evaluation index system has been constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation model has been established based on grey relational analysis and entropy weight method.According to the analysis based on the data from 2000 to 2022,it is found that the level of construction of Xi'an's modern industrial system has been effectively improved from 0.3523 to 0.8080,experiencing three stages of low,medium,and high development levels.Various dimensional indicators have experienced rapid development,with the coordination growth being the fastest,and the leading role of technological innovation being prominent.Although the average value of the supporting indicators ranks fifth,the indicators with the highest weight significantly contribute to the level of Xi'an's modern industrial system.
