养老服务设施的空间环境设计——以杭州市为例

Research on Spatial Environment Design of Pension Service Facilities:A Case Study in Hangzhou

人口老龄化进程日益加快,有关养老建筑的研究在医养功能和设施环境的生理心理需求两个方面各有侧重,在此结合杭州4家养老服务设施6个案例样本,从服务内容及功能、场地空间规划、适老化设计方面进行分析,总结出养老服务设施空间环境设计策略。旨在帮助建筑师在设计实践中,从老年人的身心需求及行为特点出发,设计出适应时代的养老服务设施空间环境。

As the aging of population is accelerating,studies on elderly care buildings focus on both the medical and nursing functions and the physiological and psychological needs of the facility environment.Based on 6 cases of 4 elderly care service facilities in Hangzhou,this paper analyzes the service contents and functions,site spatial planning and age-appropriate design to summarize the design strategy of the space environment of the elderly service facilities.Which aims to help architects to design a suitable space environment that meets the physical and mental needs and behavioral characteristics of the elderly in design practice.
