简要介绍了成品油销售企业大区公司在国家管网体制机制改革后设备管理的基本情况,叙述了炼销一体化检维修管理模式的定义、团队对比、管理原则、中长期目标和管理创新点等方面的内容,指出了实施炼销一体化检维修管理新型模式所取得的成效,为行业内单位的设备管理提供了新思路。
The basic situation of equipment management in regional oil sales enterprises after the reform of the national pipeline system mechanism are briefly introduced.The definition,team comparison,management principles,medium-and long-term goals,and management innovation points of the integrated refining and sales inspection and maintenance management model are described.The achievements of implementing the new model of integrated refining and sales inspection and maintenance management are also pointed out,which can provide new ideas for equipment management in industry units.
