摘要
相比于三大产业“硬实力”的提升,中国文化产业的发展还有所差距,于是党中央明确提出了增强国家“软实力”,实施中国文化“走出去”的号召。文艺是文化的重要组成部分,也是传播文化的重要载体,自然必须增强“走出去”的意识,积极承担起讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音的时代使命,使海外受众能够通过文艺作品深化对中国文化的认识,增进对中国的了解。为了实现这种跨文化传播的目标,中国文艺创作必须进一步增强讲故事的能力,坚持传递中国核心价值,展示其广泛的人类价值;在历史和现实两种题材的创作中,分别深化时代的书写,呈现出传统与现代两种文化的神韵;确立鲜明的艺术风格,在民族性与世界性的融合中展现独特魅力;积极推进作品的翻译和推介体系构建,为世界奉献更多优秀的中国文艺作品,在跨文化传播中获得进一步的成功。
Compared with the improvement of the"hard power"of the three main industries,a gap remains in the development of China's cultural industry.Therefore,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has clearly proposed to enhance the country's"soft power"and implement the strategy of"going out"of Chinese culture.Literature and art are not only an important component of culture,but also an important carrier for spreading culture.Naturally,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of"going out",actively undertake the mission of telling Chinese stories well and making Chinese voice heard,so that the target audiences overseas can deepen their understandings of Chinese culture and further their understandings of China as well through literary works.In order to achieve the goal of cross-cultural communication,Chinese literary and artistic creation must further enhance the capacity to tell stories,adhere to the transmission of China's core values,and thus demonstrate its broad human value.In terms of historical and realistic themes,writers should deepen the writing of times according to the different subject of works,manifesting the charm of traditional and modern Chinese cultures.Simultaneously,Chinese artistic creation ought to establish a distinct artistic style and show the unique charm in the integration of national and global characteristics.We should actively promote the construction of a translation and promotion system for Chinese works in order to contribute more excellent Chinese literary and artistic works to the world,thus achieving further success in cross-cultural communication.
