柴胡疏肝散合越鞠丸治疗抑郁气郁症的应用效果

Application effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Yueju Pills in the treatment of depression and qi depression

目的探究柴胡疏肝散合越鞠丸治疗抑郁气郁症的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年7月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的90例抑郁气郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组服用盐酸氟西汀胶囊,在其基础上研究组联合柴胡疏肝散合越鞠丸治疗,两组均治疗8周。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、抑郁改善评分及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的中医证候积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁气郁症患者应用柴胡疏肝散合越鞠丸治疗可获得显著效果,可有效缓解患者各临床症状,降低各抑郁量表评分,改善抑郁状况,且不良反应较少,安全性更高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Yueju Pills in the treatment of depression and qi depression.Methods A total of 90 patients with depression and qi stagnation admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a study group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases)according to a random number table method.The control group took Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules,and the study group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Yueju Pills on top of that.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,depression improvement score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,and self-rating depression scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Yueju Pills in the treatment of depression and qi stagnation can achieve significant effects,effectively alleviate various clinical symptoms in patients,reduce scores on various depression scales,improve depression conditions,and have fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
