阶梯式教学在心胸外科亚专业手术配合中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨阶梯式教学在心胸外科亚专业手术配合中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月在南昌市第一医院手术室的40名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将护士分为试验组(20名)和对照组(20名)。两组均按照指南实施操作技术教学。试验组采用阶梯式教学在心胸外科亚专业手术配合进行培训,对照组采用传统教学方法进行培训。两组培训后进行理论考核、情景模拟教学演练实践操作考核(配合精准度、仪器设备组装时间、手术器械维护正确率)。比较两组的考核成绩。培训效果评价使用中文版Jeffries模拟教学设计量表。结果试验组的理论知识考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的模拟教学实践操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的教学测评效果评价分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的学习卡片考核成绩高于对照组,学习卡片考核时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用阶梯式培训模式在心胸外科亚专业护士培训中能有效提高理论知识与实践操作考核成绩,阶梯式培训模式能提高亚专业护士自主学习能力、实际操作手术精准度、器械清洗、保养维护等能力,缩短仪器设备组装时间,使手术室心胸外科亚专业护理带教教学质量得到一定的提升。 Objective To explore the application effect of step teaching in sub-specialty operation coordination in cardiothoracic surgery.Methods A total of 40 nurses in the Operation Room of the First Hospital of Nanchang from January 2022 to December were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into experimental group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were taught operating techniques according to the guide.The experimental group was trained in the sub-specialty of cardiothoracic surgery with step teaching,while the control group was trained with traditional teaching methods.After the training of the two groups,the theoretical assessment,situational simulation teaching exercise and practical operation assessment(accuracy,instrument and equipment assembly time,and surgical instrument maintenance accuracy)were carried out.The assessment scores of two groups were compared.The Chinese Jeffries simulation teaching design Scale was used to evaluate the training effect.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores of simulated teaching practice in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of teaching evaluation effect in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of study card assessment in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and time of study card assessment in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of step training mode can effectively improve the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment in the training of professional nurses in thoracic surgery,and the step training mode can improve the self-learning ability of sub-professional nurses,the accuracy of actual operation,the assembly time of instruments and equipment,the cleaning and maintenance of instruments.It can improve the teaching quality of the sub-professional nursing of the operating room cardiothoracic surgery.
