微针在皮肤科的应用及其研究进展

微针疗法是一种近年来新兴的治疗方法。近年来其临床应用范围正得到逐渐推广和普及,特别是在皮肤科,微针被推广应用于色素性皮肤病、脱发、痤疮、瘢痕、面部年轻化等多个领域,应用前景非常广阔。微针疗法可以在皮肤表面形成数量巨大而体积细小的微细管道,使药物能够更加容易穿透皮肤的角质层,从而增加药物的经皮吸收,使药物发挥更优的疗效;微针联合他克莫司治疗白癜风,增强疗效、加快疗效出现时间;微针联合米诺地尔治疗,能提高多种脱发疾病的疗效。而相对于激光、自体富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗方法,微针治疗瘢痕具有更容易开展,且更加价廉的特点。微针还可用于治疗带状疱疹神经痛、神经性皮炎、湿疹、玫瑰痤疮、激素依赖性皮炎等皮肤病。特别是可溶性微针的开发,为微针治疗疾病提供了一个新的安全有效途径。

Microneedling is an emerging therapeutic method in recent years.In recent years,its clinical application has been gradually promoted and popularized,especially in dermatology.Microneedles have been widely used in pigmentary skin diseases,alopecia,acne,scars,facial rejuvenation and other fields,with a very broad application prospect.Microneedling can form a large number of small micro-channels on the surface of the skin,so that the drug can easily penetrate the stratum corneum of the skin,thereby increasing the transdermal absorption of the drug and making the drug play a better effect.Microneedle combined with Tacrolimus in the treatment of vitiligo,enhance curative effect,speed up the curative effect in time;Microneedle combined with Minoxidil can improve the curative effect of various alopecia diseases.Compared with laser and autologous platelet rich plasma(PRP),microneedle is easier to carry out and cheaper to treat scars.Microneedles can also be used in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia,neurodermatitis,eczema,rosacea,hormone-dependent dermatitis and other skin diseases.In particular,the development of soluble microneedles provides a new safe and effective way for microneedles to treat diseases.
