树脂橡胶改性沥青路面性能研究

摘要 为提高公路性能,保证交通安全,提高沥青混合料录用性能,以石油沥青为原料,通过在原料中掺加不同比例的丁苯橡胶和酚醛树脂制备树脂橡胶改性沥青胶浆,通过针入度、软化点、弹性恢复以及布氏黏度试验,试验确定酚醛树脂和丁苯橡胶的最佳掺量分别为3%和4%,并对树脂橡胶改性沥青混合料路用性能进行试验,试验结果表明,在丁苯橡胶改性沥青胶浆中掺入酚醛树脂,可以保证丁苯橡胶改性沥青低温性能的前提下提高改性沥青胶浆的高温性能。 In order to improve the performance of the highway and to ensure the traffic safety,we improve the prop⁃erties of asphalt mixture,in which the petroleum asphalt is used as the raw material,and the resin rubber modified asphalt slurry is prepared by adding different proportions of styrene-butadiene rubber and phenolic resin to the raw materials.The optimal content of phenolic resin and styrene-butadiene rubber is determined to be 3%and 4%re⁃spectively through the penetration degree,softening point,elastic recovery,and Brinell viscosity testing.The results show that the incorporation of phenolic resin into styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt mortar improve the high-temperature performance of styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt under the premise of ensuring the low-temperature performance of styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt.
