摘要
为混凝土企业更灵活的应对生产材料变化快、强度等级多、不同施工性能要求的混凝土,文中研究了不同比例保坍和减水组分搭配对净浆流动度,3种机制砂砂浆扩展度、混凝土坍落度及其经时损失的影响规律,得出了可以用胶砂扩展度快捷的找到合适的保坍外加剂与减水外加剂的比例,应用于混凝土的外加剂比例调控的结论,对于混凝土生产企业保证混凝土拌合物工作性稳定具有一定参考意义。
To help concrete enterprises cope with the rapid change of production materials,strength grades,and dif⁃ferent construction performance requirements of concrete,this paper studies the influence of different proportions of slump retention and water reduction components on the fluidity of the net slurry,the expansion degree of three types of machine-made mortar,the slump degree of concrete,and its loss over time.The results show that appropriate ratio of slump retention admixture and water reduction admixture can be quickly determined with the expansion degree of mortar and applied to the regulation of the proportion of admixtures in concrete,providing the reference significance for concrete production enterprises to ensure the stability of concrete mixture。
