纤维掺量对微生物加固风积沙强度的影响研究

摘要 为提升微生物固化风积沙的效果,文中探索纤维加筋联合MICP固化风积沙的方法,研究不同的聚丙烯纤维质量掺比m=0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%对微生物固化风积沙无侧限抗压强度的影响规律,分析纤维加筋联合MICP固化对风积沙强度的增强机理。结果表明,当纤维掺量较少时,聚丙烯纤维的掺入对MICP胶结风积沙试样的无侧限抗压强度(UCS)有显著提升作用,当纤维掺量为0.4%时,无侧限抗压强度最大,达到4.77 MPa,而当纤维掺量大于0.4%时,无侧限抗压强度不增反降。 In order to enhance the effectiveness of microbial curing of aeolian sand,the aeolian sand modification method of fiber reinforcement combined with MICP curing was further explored.The influence law of different mass mixing ratios of fibers“m”,with m of 0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,and 0.8%,on the strength of microbial reinforced aeolian sand was investigated by carrying out the unconfined compressive test,and the enhancement mechanism of fiber reinforcement combined with MICP curing on the strength of aeolian sand was analyzed.The results show that the incorporation of polypropylene fibers significantly enhances the unconfined compressive strength(UCS)of MICP cemented aeolian sand specimens when the fiber dosage is low.The maximum unconfined compressive strength of 4.77 MPa is achieved when the fiber dosage is 0.4%.However,when the fiber dosage is greater than 0.4%,the unconfined compressive strength does not increase but decrease.
