With the promulgation and implementation of the new Sports Law,a complementary legislation has become a key issue in the current practice to improve the legal regulation system of sports.In order to provide a rule of law solution to the two realistic problems of disorder and slow development faced by the sports market nationwide,and to achieve the two legislative objectives of fostering the prosperity of the sports market and regulating its management,a comprehensive analysis of the legislative basis for drafting and formulating the Sports Market Regulations is provided.It discusses the legislative rationale and reasonableness in the designing framework and regulatory content of the Sports Market Regulations from the perspective of the chapter idea of "combining market-related subjects and key areas of the market",as well as the content arrangement of "combining comprehensive and key elements".It also specifies the key points of the Sports Market Regulations as a supporting legislation,with the guidance of problem-oriented,and the balance between principle and flexibility,thus to achieve the optimal solution for the drafting of the Sports Market Regulations.
