针灸刮痧疗法联合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

目的:观察针灸刮痧疗法联合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:90例按照随机数字表法分为两组各45例。两组均用颈椎牵引治疗,研究组加用针灸刮痧疗法。结果:研究组总有效率、颈椎关节活动度和颈椎病临床症状评价表(CASCS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平、颈部功能障碍指数(NDI)和疼痛指数(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),根性疼痛消失时间、肢体麻木消失时间和握力恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸刮痧疗法联合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病效果较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and scraping therapy combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:Ninety cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with cervical traction,and the study group were treated with acupuncture and scraping therapy in addition.Results:The total effective rate,cervical joint mobility and cervical spondylosis clinical symptom evaluation scale(CASCS)score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),neck dysfunction index(NDI)and pain index(VAS)scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of root pain,the disappearance time of limb numbness and the recovery time of grip strength were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and scraping therapy combined with cervical traction is efective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
