以开放性案例为引导的综合设计实验在口腔医学教学中的应用

口腔颌面外科学实验教学是口腔医学临床前教学的重要组成部分,可提高口腔颌面外科学实验课教学质量,培养学生综合能力、创新能力,激发学生学习主动性、积极性。在口腔颌面外科学实验课中根据口腔医学培养目标增设以开放性案例为引导的综合设计实验具有重要意义。以开放性案例为引导的综合设计实验是通过创新实验内容设计,改革教学方法,优化考核方法,融入思政课程达到应用效果。实践证明,该教学模式在一定程度上创新了口腔颌面外科学实验课教学理念,充分调动了学生的学习兴趣,提高了实验教学质量和效率,提高了学生自主学习能力、综合分析能力,构建了有深度、宽度、厚度的教学结构,能为学生后期进入临床学习打好了坚实基础。

Experimental teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery is an important component of preclinical teaching in oral medicine,which can improve the quality of experimental teaching in oral and maxillofacial surgery,cultivate students'comprehensive and innovative abilities,and stimulate their learning initiative and enthusiasm.It is of great significance to add comprehensive design experiments guided by open case studies in the experimental course of oral and maxillofacial surgery,based on the training objectives of oral medicine.The comprehensive design experiment guided by open cases is achieved through innovative experimental content design,reform of teaching methods,optimization of assessment methods,and integration into ideological and political courses.It has demonstrated that this teaching model has innovated the teaching philosophy of oral and maxillofacial surgery experimental courses to a certain extent,fully mobilized students'learning interests,improved the quality and efficiency of experimental teaching,enhanced their self-learning ability and comprehensive analysis ability,constructed a teaching structure with depth,width,and thickness,and laid a solid foundation for students to enter clinical learning in the later stage.
