基于课程思政的传染病学教学改革探索

摘要 为进行传染病学教学改革,提升当代医学生对传染病防控的综合素质和实践能力,文章通过文献复习并分析当前传染病教学改革及课程思政建设的现状及意义,结合传染病学教研室的具体做法,提出基于课程思政的传染病学教学改革措施;加强传染病学教师队伍的建设,调整教学内容,将思政元素融入教学内容以改进教学方式;同时采取情景模拟进出隔离区,穿脱隔离衣及/或防护服联合直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)评价,加强学生实践操作能力;通过教师评价、记录、反馈,帮助学生逐步提升临床能力;在理论教学及临床操作能力教学中挖掘、提炼传染病学课程中所蕴含的思政元素,推进传染病学课程思政建设;高质量地完成传染病学的教学工作,从而满足新形势下传染病教学需求的重要举措,可以切实提高医学生的传染病防控意识及自我防护能力。 In order to carry out the teaching reform of infectious diseases and improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of contemporary medical students in the prevention and control of infectious diseases,this paper reviews and analyzes the current situation and significance of infectious diseases teaching reform and curriculum ideological and political construction,and puts forward the teaching reform measures of infectious diseases based on curriculum ideological and political,by strengthening the construction of infectious diseases teachers,adjusting teaching content,integrating ideological and political elements into teaching content and improving teaching methods.At the same time,scene simulation is adopted to enter and leave the isolation area,and isolation gown and/or protective clothing are combined with direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)evaluation to strengthen students'operational ability.Through teachers'evaluation,recording and feedback,students can gradually improve their clinical ability and realize the excavation and extraction of ideological and political elements contained in infectious diseases courses in theoretical teaching and clinical operational ability teaching.Promoting the ideological and political construction of infectious diseases course and completing the teaching of infectious diseases with high quality can meet the needs of infectious diseases teaching in the new situation,which can effectively improve the awareness of infectious diseases prevention and control and self-protection ability of medical students.
