摘要
近年来,高等教育机构中“课程思政”的教学理念日益受到重视。随着医学院校课程思政的不断开展,许多医学相关专业课程的授课老师对此进行了积极的探索。医学院校人才培养教育应挖掘专业课程授课特点,将思政元素与专业知识有机结合,将深厚的人文素养融入课程教学,从而提高学生的综合能力,培养全面人才。但如何将“课程思政”元素有效融入来华医学留学生的专业课程教学中,真正做到教书育人,是我国医学高等院校教学改革面临的一项新的任务和挑战。文章结合临床医学专业留学生环境卫生学教学现状,以立德树人为根本教学目标,探索“课程思政”元素在《环境与健康》全英文教学实践中的应用经验,总结讨论教学实践中遇到的问题及解决策略,以期在知识传授的同时做到价值引领,帮助留学生更好地了解和吸收课程知识,深入领会课程精髓的同时也在潜移默化中引导留学生塑造和建立起正确的人生观、价值观和世界观,提高留学生的综合素质,促进留学生多层次、多元化成长。此外,这也帮助留学生更全面的了解中国文化和精神,更好地知华、友华、爱华,领会中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念。同时也为医学留学生“课程思政”改革的探索提供新思路和新方法。
In recent years,the teaching philosophy of"curriculum ideology and politics"in higher education institutions has been increasingly valued.With the continuous development of ideological and political education in medical colleges,many instructors of medical related professional courses have actively explored curriculum ideology and politics.Medical colleges and universities should explore the characteristics of professional course teaching,organically combine ideological and political elements with professional knowledge,integrate profound humanistic literacy into course teaching,thereby improving students'comprehensive abilities and cultivating comprehensive talents.However,how to effectively integrate the elements of"ideological and political education in the curriculum"into the professional curriculum teaching of medical international students in China,and truly achieve teaching and education,is a new task and challenge faced by the teaching reform of medical higher education institutions in China.The article combines the current situation of environmental hygiene teaching for international students majoring in clinical medicine,with the fundamental teaching goal of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.It explores the application experience of"curriculum ideological and political"elements in the English teaching practice of Environment and Health,summarizes and discusses the problems encountered in teaching practice,and proposes solutions.The aim is to achieve value guidance while imparting knowledge,help international students better understand and absorb course knowledge,deeply understand the essence of the course,and guide them to shape and establish correct outlooks on life,values,and the world unconsciously,improve the comprehensive quality of international students,and promote their multi-level and diversified growth.In addition,this also helps international students to have a more comprehensive understanding of Chinese culture and spirit,better understand,befriend,and love China,and comprehend the mainstream values and public morality of Chinese society.At the same time,it also provides new ideas and methods for the exploration of the reform of curriculum ideological and political education for medical international students.
