随着传染病学疾病谱的更新,以往常见典型传染病已日趋减少,某些传染病具有季节性及地区性流行特征,使得住培医师在轮转传染科时常未遇到典型教学病例,传统的带教方法已不符合当今住院医师规范化培训的要求。因此,为提升住培医师教学质量,寻找切实有效的住培医师带教方法势在必行。文章主要探讨数字化病例库联合情景模拟教学法在传染病学住院医师规范化培训中应用价值。首先指出传染病学传统教学方法的弊端,强调数字化病例库的优势及建立要点,以举例的方式提出情景模拟的设计方案及实施细节和步骤,最后论述数字化病例库联合情景模拟的重要性,两者相辅相成,并提出师生课堂双向评价的必要性。数字化病例库联合情景模拟教学法可弥补传染病学传统教学方法的不足,提高教学效果。

With the updating of the spectrum of infectious diseases,the common typical infectious diseases in the past have been decreasing day by day.In addition,some infectious diseases have seasonal and regional epidemic characteristics,so that the resident training doctors often do not encounter typical teaching cases in the rotating infectious diseases department, and the traditional teaching method does not meet the requirements of the standardized training of residents. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality of resident training doctors, it is imperative to find effective teaching methods for resident training doctors. This paper mainly discusses the application value of digital case database combined with situational simulation teaching method in the standardized training of infectious disease residents. Firstly, the disadvantages of traditional teaching methods in infectious diseases are pointed out, and the advantages and key points of digital case database are emphasized. The design scheme, implementation details and steps of scenario simulation are proposed by way of examples. Finally, discuss the importance of digital case database and scenario simulation, which complement each other, and propose the necessity of two-way classroom evaluation between teachers and students. The combination of digital case database and scene simulation teaching method can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods of infectious diseases and improve the teaching effect.
