线上线下微课程教学模式在心外科临床实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨成果导向型教育(outcome based education,OBE)教育理念联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的线上线下微课程教学模式在心外科临床实习教学中的效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院2021年9月—2022年5月的60名心外科临床实习生为研究对象,随机分为OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组和传统临床教师带教组,每组30名。传统临床教师带教组采用传统的实习教学模式,OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组给予OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式。比较2组的随堂测试成绩和出科考试成绩、实习生满意度。结果OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式组的随堂测试成绩为(96.2±5.8)分,高于传统临床教师带教组的(92.3±4.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组的出科考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。30名实习生对心外科OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式的满意度较高,认为该模式能提高自己的自学能力、学习兴趣,对掌握教学内容有帮助,能满足教学需求、提高自我能力,且没有实习生对该教学模式持不满意及一般态度。结论OBE+CBL线上线下微课程教学模式能增强实习生获取知识的能力和临床实习技能,临床实习生满意度较高。 Objective To explore the effect of online and offline micro-course model of outcome based education(OBE)education concept combined with case-based learning(CBL)in clinical practice teaching of cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 60 clinical interns of department of cardiac surgery in Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital,Capital Medical University from September 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the OBE+CBL micro-course online and offline teaching mode group and the traditional clinical teacher teaching group,with 30 students in each group.The traditional clinical teacher teaching group adopted the traditional practice teaching mode,and the OBE+CBL micro-course online and offline teaching mode group was given to the OBE+CBL micro-course online and offline teaching mode.The results of in-class test,exit exam and intern satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The score of in-class test of the OBE+CBL micro-course online and offline teaching mode group was(96.2±5.8)points,which was higher than(92.3±4.6)points of the traditional clinical teacher teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 30 interns were highly satisfied with the online and offline teaching mode of OBE+CBL micro course cardiac surgery.They believed that this mode could improve their self-learning ability and learning interest,help them master the teaching content,meet teaching needs,and improve their own abilities.Moreover,no interns were dissatisfied or had a general attitude towards this teaching mode.Conclusion OBE+CBL micro-course online and offline teaching mode can enhance interns'ability to acquire knowledge and clinical practice skills,and clinical interns have high satisfaction.
